Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at Kool Solutions. Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions. If you have a general question which is not addressed here, please email it to us at koolbecks@aol.com.
1. How do I make an appointment?
Simply telephone our office at (817) 545-3371 and ask to make an appointment. Our office manager will either speak with you directly or call you back within a reasonable time to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible. We can usually see new clients within a week to 10 days, sometimes within a day or two, depending on the flexibility of your schedule. You can also email koolsolutionscounseling@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
2. How much will it cost?
ONSITE COUNSELING: Our fees range from $100 to $150 for a 45-50 minute session and we participate in some insurance networks at this time. Each counselor is an independent contractor and has different agreements in place with different insurance companies. Remember, when using insurance, the counselor is required to make a diagnosis and your records are at the disposal of your managed care company. We encourage clients to deeply consider the advantages versus disadvantages of using insurance for counseling sessions.
Please ask what benefits will be covered by the counselor you are scheduled with if you intend on trying to use insurance to cover some of the costs of the appointment.
We accept cash or checks as payment and we now take most credit cards or debit cards at this time through our online bank terminal. Clients may also submit claims and seek reimbursement "out-of-network." Most insurance will pay for a portion of our services. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We will provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our office will also assist you in obtaining and understanding your mental health benefit information. Please don't let insurance get in the way of seeking counseling. We are here to help you get the counseling you need.
