1. How do I make an appointment?
Simply telephone our office at (817) 545-3371 and ask to make an appointment. Our office manager will either speak with you directly or call you back within a reasonable time to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible. We can usually see new clients within a week to 10 days, sometimes within a day or two, depending on the flexibility of your schedule. Or email info@koolcounseling.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
2. How much will it cost?
ONSITE COUNSELING: Our full fee is $100 for a 45-50 minute session and we participate in some insurance networks at this time. We accept cash or checks as payment and we now take most credit cards or debit cards at this time through PayPal. Clients may also submit claims and seek reimbursement "out-of-network." Most insurance will pay for a portion of my services. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. I will provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our office will also assist you in obtaining and understanding your mental health benefit information. I currently participate with United Behavioral Health, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Texas True Choice, Behavioral Health Network, Multiplan, Galaxy Health Network, PacifiCare, Magellan Health Services, Unicare, HealthLink, Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS), and CorpCare EAP. We are in the process of becoming providers in other insurance networks and have worked with many of them as out of network providers. Please ask when you call. Please don't let insurance get in the way of seeking counseling. We are here to help you get the counseling you need.
