  Tammy D'ree Koolbeck, M.Ed., LPC-S, is the co-owner of Kool Solutions and has been in the counseling profession for over 13 years and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC Supervisor. She accepted her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude, and earned her Master's Degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix. She attained her LPC license after receiving state board certification from the state of Texas in 2003. There are rigorous standards that an LPC must uphold, assuring clients that they will receive the best counseling possible. Tammy is now recognized by the American Psychotherapy Association as a Board Certified Professional Counselor (BCPC)., along with her many other certifications. She is also a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC)and a Certified School Counselor. Tammy is an excellent motivational speaker and presenter on many topics related to counseling, psychotherapy, postive psychology, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and life coaching.  Kelly Crossing, M.S., M.A., LPC, has been working with Kool Solutions as an independent contractor since 2005 after completing her Masters Degree at the University of North Texas. She is currently working in the Texas public school system as a school counselor. Kelly provides individual counseling to a diverse set of clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal ideation, anger, conflict resolution and others.  Barb Tichelbaut, M.S., M.A., LPC, has been working with Kool Solutions as an independent contractor since early 2008. Barb has been working in the field of education and counseling for the past 20 years in various roles including counselor, teacher and school board member. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, a Master of Arts in the field of education from National Louis University in Evanston, Illinois, and a Master of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University. Barb is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Board Certified Counselor, a Certified School Counselor, and a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. Stacey Cartlidge, M.Ed., LPC Intern, has been working with Kool Solutions as an independent contractor since 2009. Stacey completed her Masters of Education in Counseling at the University of North Texas.  Dave Koolbeck, C.C.H., is a Certified Clinical Hypnotist, a certified Reiki 2 practitioner, and completed a course in basic neuro-linguistic programming . Dave is co-owner of the company and serves as business and office manager. Tammy and Dave co-authored Fighting the Fear Factor and The Blame Game in 2007. He also is a certified professional teacher in the state of Texas. |
